Q: What is the turnaround time for photography?
A: Up to 24 hours from booking (excluding video, floorplans, drone)
*Friday jobs will be delivered the next business day
Q: Do photographers help clean up the property for taking photos?
A: Our photographers will advise seller/ realtor on what needs to be moved/ removed from the photoshoot site.
Q: What is deadline for ordering feature sheets?
A: Our deadline for print is Fridays 1pm. Any requests received after that will be addressed the next business day.
Q: Are photos uploaded by Maxenn Media to MLS?
A: Yes, we upload but strongly encourage realtors to upload for immediate show up on listing
Q: Do feature sheets get printed on weekends?
A: Feature sheets do not get printed on weekends.
Q: Covid 19 Protocol
A: On-site personnel are following limited contact and distancing restrictions. Please be sure your listing is ready for service and that occupancy of the home is limited for our arrival.
